SYSTEM SUPPORT AND IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST (SSIS)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Coop Management, Accountancy, Finance and Management or related courses
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Adequately prepares the requirements and the coop for the successful conduct of the users training
• Ensure complete documentation, escalation (if necessary), resolution and closure of tickets.
• Participates actively in team meetings and contributes ideas for improvement of the products and services
• Prepares additional reports and presentations as may be required from time to time
• Provide support in marketing demo and presentations
• Willing to do field works
