RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for ensuring the quality, functionality, and reliability of software systems by actively participating in the software development life cycle.
• This role involves gathering and understanding business requirements, drafting functional specifications, performing thorough testing, and supporting system deployment.
• Collaborates closely with end users, developers, and project teams to validate enhancements, resolve issues, and ensure the software meets business needs and regulatory requirements.
• Collect and understand business requirements with consideration of regulatory and statutory requirements
• Coordinate with end users and technical staff to translate business requirements into detailed system specifications.
