MARKETING ASSOCIATE

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any 4-year course related to business, economics, management, marketing and sales, cooperative studies and/or business administration.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Layout and design, social media, video editing, research and development, events management, communication skills, self-mastery, and open to learn/be coached.
• Capable of handling pressure, delivering and expediting tasks in a timely manner, and ensuring excellent production of quality outputs.

SR. CREDIT OFFICER

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors Degree in Accountancy, Business Management or any related course.
• Preferably with relevant experience in coop sector; Computer Literate; High interpersonal & communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the evaluation, recommendation and managing the credit risk of loan accounts (MICOOP, key accounts and remedial accounts).Provide oversight function on credit operation in the absence of the unit head. Facilitate/assist in loan recovery activities of the unit.
• Recommends credit proposal for approval and prepare written communication for declined/deferred accounts
• Recommends measures, actions or conditions that will ensure coop borrower’s viability
• Coordinate with the Legal group and attend hearing and or court proceedings as deemed necessary.
• Facilitate internal and external clients that require credit compliance/participation

JR. SOFTWARE QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or other related courses
• Strong attention to detail
• Effective communication skills with clients and cooperative partners
• Curious and critical thinker
• Highly adaptable in dynamic work environments
• Collaborative team player

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for ensuring the quality, functionality, and reliability of software systems by actively participating in the software development life cycle.
• This role involves gathering and understanding business requirements, drafting functional specifications, performing thorough testing, and supporting system deployment.
• Collaborates closely with end users, developers, and project teams to validate enhancements, resolve issues, and ensure the software meets business needs and regulatory requirements.
• Collect and understand business requirements with consideration of regulatory and statutory requirements
• Coordinate with end users and technical staff to translate business requirements into detailed system specifications.

SYSTEM SUPPORT AND IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST (SSIS)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Coop Management, Accountancy, Finance and Management or related courses

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Adequately prepares the requirements and the coop for the successful conduct of the users training
• Ensure complete documentation, escalation (if necessary), resolution and closure of tickets.
• Participates actively in team meetings and contributes ideas for improvement of the products and services
• Prepares additional reports and presentations as may be required from time to time
• Provide support in marketing demo and presentations
• Willing to do field works

INTERNAL AUDITOR

QUALIFICATIONS:

• College Degree in Accountancy, Internal Auditing, or any related course
• Strong analytical, interpersonal & organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Can start immediately.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for providing a risk-based & objective assurance, advice, & insights on effectiveness of NATCCO's internal control, risk management, & governance process.
• Perform professional internal auditing work which involves leading or conducting performance, financial, operational, compliance, & information technology audits aligned with IA's international standards for Professional Practice of Internal Auditing.

INTERNAL AUDITOR (With IT Background)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• College Degree in Accountancy, Internal Auditing, or any related course with experience in IT auditing or willing to be trained for IT audits; or Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related courses
• Strong analytical, interpersonal & organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Can start immediately.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for providing a risk-based & objective assurance, advice, & insights on effectiveness of NATCCO's internal control, risk management, & governance process.
• Identify technology risks & evaluate the efficiency & effectiveness of IT infrastructure & application controls, including security & internal controls.
• Perform professional internal auditing work which involves leading or conducting performance, financial, operational, compliance, & information technology audits aligned with IA's international standards for Professional Practice of Internal Auditing.
