In the Digital Revolution, co-op requirements have become more complex.  The NATCCO Network strives to equip co-ops with the best IT services to make operations more efficient, safe, and reliable.
eKoopBanker /  Plus is NATCCO’s premier accounting software for credit and savings cooperatives.  It is currently installed in 391 offices of 219 co-ops with 1,174 workstations.
Text Blast Facility allows eKoopBanker co-ops to greet members on their special days, inform them of their dues, co-op events, and lets members inquire of their balances through SMS.  It is currently installed in 35 co-ops with 71 branches.
CISA Facility.
The NATCCO IT Group assists co-ops to easily generate credit data submission file requirements of the Credit information Corporation in compliance with the CISA (Credit Information System Act or Republic Act 9510 enacted in 2008).
23 co-ops are already in Production, 15 co-ops applied for Production, 21 co-ops on-going Testing and 17 co-ops applied for Testing.

Our History

Ekoopbanker’s journey began in 2005 with the aim of creating a robust financial system for cooperatives. Since then, it has continuously innovated to meet the evolving needs of its users. Early versions focused on core banking functions.
Ekoopbanker Plus v.01 (2009) introduced a cloud-based system for centralized account management and ATM integration. Subsequent upgrades incorporated web loans (2013), full cloud-based integration (2014).
Ekoopbanker’s commitment to compliance resulted in CISA compliant software in 2016. It also embraced mobile communication through SMS notifications and balance inquiries (2018).
For members, Ekoopweb portal (2019) offered online access to balances, loans, and memberships.
Further engagement came with Ekoop Vote (2021), a mobile app for NATCCO GA elections.
In 2021, Ekoopbanker and KAYA Payment integrated, allowing account holders to perform various transactions. Additionally, it migrated to the cloud for better scalability and reliability.
