NATCCO Maintains 3 ISO Certifications!

The National Confederation of Cooperatives (NATCCO) after undergoing stringent ISO Audit on October 2 has maintained its three ISO Certifications for the tenth year.

The ISO certifications cover the areas of Quality Management (ISO 9001:20015), Environment & Health Management (ISO 14001:2015), and Occupational Health & Safety Management (ISO 18001:2007).  Said certifications were obtained in Feburary 2009.

ISO Certification entails an organization having written policies and procedures consistent with world standards.  During audits, auditors check whether such policies and procedures are followed.

The auditors reported that they had found only 2 Minor Conformities in ISO 9001, and one in ISO 14001, plus a six other “Opportunities for Improvement.”  The auditors will return in a few weeks to check for compliance.

The next audit is scheduled for October 6, 2020.

“This attests to our passion for quality.  Congratulations to all NATCCO Management & Staff for hurdling the tough ISO Audit and for your passion for quality!” said NATCCO CEO, Sylvia O. Paraguya.
